Referees Vindicated... or at least Explicated

http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=439539&cc=5901

Rarely do you see the game from the ref's point of view, no matter what sport it is.  And this one is well written, shockingly unbiased and critical.  Fantastic!  Although I guess I don't quite know the difference between a permanent resident and a resident alien.  How much paperwork do you have to go through to become a Green Card holder? Silly America...

The Godfather

2 things to note today:

1) I'd get a lot more sleep if Mike had never gotten the Wii... goddamn it, im so sleep deprived ....but i have Wii!    ( == )

2) I cut open the webbing between my right pinky and ring fingers washing a glass that had cracked.  My right hand has been worthless since Sunday, it's fuckin killin me (pain and annoyance).  Plus! this is the hardest cut to heal ever cus it's in such a fackin weird place, i had to get some liquid band-aid which i had never even heard of before.  It was like $8 for 10 applications and ive already used 4.  I'm still annoyed at the whole situation... guh

3) BONUS! I quit the NBA until next October, the draft not included.  The NBA blows, it makes me sad... hmm I had something else to say, but now I've forgotten it so oh well.

Whewww gotta dust this sucker off!

OK I suck at updating, oh well.

On a more improtant note, RT has a new pet peeve:  Guys who wear cologne to/at the gym.  WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPRESS!?!?  You smell like balls.  Go away and kill yourselves already, seriously.  The mix of eau de shite and sweaty BO does not make you attractive, it just makes me gag as I hafta do my exercises around your stench.  Just take a damn shower already.  </rant>

Oh btw, there's a good chance (80%) that I'll be headed to Kansas City from this Thursday morning til Saturday (or red eye Friday night).  I'm gettin some fine ass BBQ and/or steak.  As far as I can tell, food aside, this is gonna suck.  Hooray for being the new (read: useless except for trivial, pedantic work) guy at work!

And just for kicks, here's a picture of me, Rose, Joe and some dude at a lake after a weekend hike in Julian (it's a city in SD... famous for pie... mmmmmmm pie ) on a GORGEOUS day.  But the lake/pond was frigid, like squeeze-my-nuts, almost-as-cold-as-Loch-Ness (yes, I've swam in Loch Ness, it was sweet, I nearly died of hypothermia [not really]) cold.  Haha I wonder how hard this post is to read.  I'm sure you all know I like side commentary... Oh right, the picture:

There, that was like 43 posts in one!  Ciao mes amis

Sigh of Relief

I got a piece of news two days ago, or rather I confirmed a piece of news although there was a little extra bit tacked on.  This is the happiest news of all time.  You know why??  Because I didn't realize that I was constantly livingn with a burden, or have been doing so for about 6 months.  BUT now it's all gone, no more guilt, no more awkward tension, no more bad sentiment.  I is FREE!  If you know me well and have facebook, and aren't retarded, I'm sure you can figure out exactly what has happened to make me the happiest I've been in months.  I actually feel like I'm back on track, I'm more or less as content as I was back in August which is an AMAZING feeling.  Actually, I'm apparently unbearably happy to some people...  or person...  Anyway, it's.. well not hard to explain, but I don't wanna explain it here of all places.  The point is that a great burden, that I hadn't realized previously was upon me, has been lifted and I feel fuckin great!  Two nights ago I got had the best sleep I've gotten in a half year I'd say.  Or at least several months; I woke up before my alarm went off for work and I was actually fully conscious and awake at work without mass amounts of caffeine or anything.  good sigh.  I'm done, time to move on with the rest of my life.  Ciao.
